Come and see the ministry of Hope’s Promise orphan care! Discover God’s heart for orphaned and vulnerable children and witness first-hand how families make all the difference. Understand, connect, and become equipped to advocate for the needs of orphaned and vulnerable children.

2024 Kenya Connection Team Trip

Dec 12-22, 2024 (open only to applicants from FOCUS in Texas)

Interact with the kids and families of Hope’s Promise Kenya’s relative based orphan care program, Kuza (Swahili for “nurture”), who live among half a million people in the six square miles of Mathare Valley slum. Get to know the Kenyan leaders who love and serve these kids.

Connect with the twenty-four teens and young adults of Sanctuary of Hope, who started their lives in Mathare Valley and grew up in the care of the Karau family.

Cost: $3,700

Church Partnerships

Hope’s Promise partners with congregations in the US to equip and empower Christians to fulfill the biblical mandate to care for orphans.

We invite churches to do the following in partnership with Hope’s Promise:

LEARN

  • Receive a monthly ministry and prayer update designed for church partners
  • Visit our website and watch videos about foster care, adoption, and global orphan care

CONNECT

  • Talk to a Hope’s Promise U.S. or international staff person
  • Attend our fundraising events
  • Attend our monthly information meetings or support groups
  • Go on a Connection Trip to see our orphan care programs in person in Kenya, Nepal, Vietnam, or Zimbabwe.

ACT

  • Design a service project to benefit Hope’s Promise
  • Give financially through event sponsorships or make a direct donation
