Hope’s Promise Orphan Care started in 2002 to provide humanitarian aid to fatherless and orphaned children worldwide. Rather than placing children in institutional settings however, we utilize a unique model of care. We believe God’s desire is for children to grow up in families.

HOPE’S PROMISE is a Christian, non-profit child placement agency licensed by the State of Colorado. We facilitate both domestic and international adoptions. HOPE’S PROMISE was founded in 1990 by Paula Freeman, after she and her husband adopted their daughter, Hope, from India.
