2027 KENYA CONNECTION TRIP
Dates: April 7-18, 2027

If you like working with kids, this is the trip for you! Come alongside Kenyan leaders to host a weeklong day camp for 80 kids in our relative based orphan care program, Kuza, in Mathare Valley, a six square mile slum in Nairobi. Get to know the kids and staff as you help lead the day camp and return home equipped with advocacy stories about specific kids.
2027 ZIMBABWE CONNECTION TRIP
Dates: May 23-June 3, 2027
Approximate trip cost: $4,500* (dependent on final airfare)

Application Deadline: October 15, 2026
If you want to learn about complex, systemic causes of poverty and orphanhood while encouraging those who create networks of support for the most vulnerable, this is the trip for you. Visit Hope’s Promise families’ homes and ministry partner sites such as churches, rehab centers, and economic development projects. Become equipped to advocate for a unique ministry paradigm working to build families’ capacity to care for orphaned children.
