Hope’s Promise believes God designed families as the best place for children to grow and thrive. We are working around the world to strengthen families through ethical, Christ-centered foster care, adoption, and global orphan care. Our adoption and foster care programs serve children and families in Colorado and our global orphan care programs are in Kenya, Nepal, Vietnam, and Zimbabwe .

If you've reached out in the past about volunteering, we're grateful for your patience as we worked to create a comprehensive program with the capacity to support our volunteers well. That time has arrived!
Project Volunteer
Project Volunteers assist with specific hands-on projects that directly benefit Hope's Promise and the families we serve. These opportunities are flexible and perfect for individuals or groups looking to make an impact through tangible, short-term initiatives.
Requirements:
- Complete a simple volunteer application
- Participate in designated projects as your schedule allows
Core Volunteer
Core Volunteers are highly trained team members who work in our office or directly on behalf of Hope's Promise. These volunteers may interact with the children and families we serve and may have access to confidential information. This role requires a deeper commitment and comprehensive preparation.
Requirements:
- Complete a thorough volunteer application
- Pass background checks
- Attend an agency orientation
- Commit to regular, ongoing service
Event Volunteer
Event Volunteers help make our fundraising events, community gatherings, and special programs run smoothly. From set-up to check-in to clean-up, event volunteers ensure our participants have a positive experience.
Requirements:
- Complete a simple volunteer application
- Commit to specific event dates and times
Ambassador Volunteer
Ambassador Volunteers are our most experienced and trusted representatives who speak at events, engage with donors, and advocate for Hope's Promise in the community. These volunteers are typically board members or long-time supporters who embody our mission and values.
Requirements:
- Complete a thorough volunteer application
- Pass background checks
- Attend an agency orientation
- Complete specialized training in public speaking and organizational representation
- Demonstrated history of support for Hope's Promise
