2026 Hope’s Promise Food Festival

Thank you for your interest in the Hope’s Promise Food Festival. We are so excited for you to join us this year. This is going to be the best Food Festival yet! This event will feature delicious food creations from some of your favorite local restaurants, plus wine and beer vendors. There will also be a silent auction and live cooking demonstrations.

Join us for a great event benefiting Hope’s Promise’s three, life-changing programs: foster care, adoption, and orphan care.

Proceeds will:

  • Train and support for foster families
  • Provide temporary housing for women experiencing an unexpected pregnancy
  • Empower families so we can serve more children through our orphan care programs in Kenya, Zimbabwe, Nepal, and Vietnam
  • Provide lifetime counseling services for birth families and adoptive families.

EVENT DETAILS:

Must be 21 to attend. You can purchase individual tickets at $60 each or a group of 10 tickets for $500. Each ticket purchased includes two drink tickets and unlimited fun!

BE A FOOD FESTIVAL SPONSOR

Presenting Sponsor- $10,000

The Presenting Sponsor will have a strong presence at the event representing their business, with their logo attached to all event logos, marketing, and communication. 

Also Includes:

  • Opportunity to speak during our short event program

  • 10 complimentary tickets to the Food Festival

Hospitality Sponsor- $5,000

The hospitality sponsors will have a strong presence at the event representing their business. 5-10 volunteers from your business or organization will be in charge of a variety of event tasks such as managing the silent auction area, walking around the event checking on guests, managing our open-air photo booth, serving drinks at drink stations, taking our trash as needed, etc. Volunteers will need to be available on Thursday, September 24th from 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm. As an added bonus, volunteers will also have time to “shop” our silent auction and taste some of the amazing food at our Food Festival. This event is an absolute blast!

Passport Sponsor $3,000

The passport is a card all guests will receive upon arrival. We include questions to see how well guests know Hope’s Promise. The answer card is turned in at the end of the night for a chance at an amazing prize. Your logo will appear at the top of the card as the passport sponsor.  This is prime logo placement as the passport is at every guest's fingertips.

Welcome Table Sponsor $2,000

All guests will register upon arrival and check-out upon departure, where your logo will be present on the table and computers.

Drink Ticket Sponsor $2,000

Description: All guests will receive two drink tickets for the evening. Your logo will appear on the drink tickets.
