Dear Expectant Parent(s),

We are honored that you are reading this letter and know that you have a very difficult
decision in front of you. Considering adoption for your child is truly courageous. May
God grant you wisdom and direction as you consider what the future looks like for your
little one.

We would love to share a little bit about us. Kelly is essentially a Colorado native, while
Laura grew up in Northern Virginia, right outside of Washington D.C. We are fortunate
to have both sides of our extended family in the Denver metro area. Kelly & Laura met
through a mutual friend 13 years ago and have been married for 9 years. From the
beginning of our marriage, we realized our desire to adopt was a lot stronger than our
desire to have biological children. In 2020, we became foster parents to our now son,
Micah. We were able to adopt him just before he turned 2. He’s now almost 4, super
sweet & sensitive and absolutely loves younger children. Micah has been such a blessing
to our family! We love him dearly and desire for him to experience the joy of having a
sibling.

Kelly is a Database Manager for an international company. He works from home & has
only ever gone on 1 business trip! This has afforded us lots of family time & was
especially beneficial as foster parents when attaching to Micah. Laura is a former
teacher/youth programmer & grateful to now be a stay-at-home mom. Micah just
finished his first year of preschool. He is a very curious little boy and loves music, riding
his bike, Winnie the Pooh and ninja class. We love to fill our time with family trips to the
zoo, animal sanctuaries, museums and adventuring outside.

We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for taking the time to read this letter and
considering us as a potential adoptive family. We have an open adoption with Micah’s
birth family and would love to do the same with you, if you so desire. Your comfort level
is our priority. We truly wish the best for you and your little one.
