EVENT DESCRIPTION:

Thank you for your interest in the Hope’s Promise Food Festival. We are so excited for you to join us this year. We think it is going to be the best Food Festival yet! This event will feature delicious food creations from some of your favorite local restaurants, including wine and beer vendors. There will also be a silent auction and live cooking demonstrations.

Join us for a great event benefiting Hope’s Promise’s three, life-changing programs: foster care, adoption, and orphan care.

Proceeds go directly to:

  • Training and support for foster families
  • Providing temporary housing for women experiencing an unexpected pregnancy
  • The ability to accept more children into our orphan care programs in Kenya, Zimbabwe, Nepal, and Vietnam
  • Lifetime counseling services for birth families and adoptive families.

EVENT DETAILS:

Must be 21 to attend.  You can purchase individual tickets at $60 each or a group of 10 tickets for $500. Each ticket purchased includes two drink tickets and unlimited fun!

Hospitality Sponsor

$5,000

Description: The hospitality sponsor’s company name and logo will be featured prominently at the event. In addition you have the option to send 5-10 volunteers from your business or organization that will be in charge of a variety of event tasks such as managing the silent auction area, walking around the event checking on guests, managing our open-air photo booth, serving drinks at drink stations, etc.  Volunteers will need to be available on Thursday, September 15th from 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm.  As an added bonus, volunteers will have complimentary entry into the event and will also have time to “shop” our silent auction and taste the amazing food at our Food Festival.

Passport Sponsor

$3,000

Description: The passport is a card all guests will receive upon arrival. When guests visit each food vendor, they will receive a stamp. Completed passports are returned near the close of the event and are entered into a drawing. The passports were a huge success last year!  Your logo will appear at the top of the card as the passport sponsor.
