Colleen and her husband of eighteen years, Dave, adopted two of their four children from Kenyan orphanages through Hope’s Promise in 2001 and 2005, and could not forget the children left behind. Through their involvement in opening the first Hope’s Promise Kenya orphan home in October 2006, Colleen came on staff. Colleen earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Denver; and while working in the fields of graphic design and campus ministry, God deepened a life-long passion for orphans. She is grateful to serve orphans around the world through Hope’s Promise.
